Advice for Road Runners: The ASICS Women's GT-1000 13 Running Shoes have received a number of upgrades. As a result, they should feel more cushioned and comfortable.
Underfoot Feel
Ultra-absorbent PureGEL™ cushioning now sits in the heel area. This premium material should make your landings feel softer, particularly for heel strikers.
The remainder of the midsole features FLYETFOAM - a lightweight EVA material.
The ASICS GT-1000 13 Running Shoes support your feet in a different way to the previous model. The new 3D Guidance System offers enhanced stability via a broad midsole base, increased heel bevel, and forefoot flare. The purpose if this is to create a more natural and comfortable ride.
Upper Fit
The ASICS GT-1000 13 Running Shoes feature a premium engineered mesh upper. It should wrap around your feet and deliver a soft feel.
The lean back ankle design should reduce friction.
Ideal Run Type
If you're looking for the highest-level of cushioning, the ASICS Women's GT-1000 13 Running Shoes are unlikely to be the best option. However, if you're searching for stability running shoes with a light and responsive feel, these are a great choice.
The dynamic cushioning should work well for both slow and steady paced runs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
